You can request deletion of your LandingRent account and related data using either method below.
Method 1: Request deletion by email
Send an email from your registered address to support@landingrent.vn with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your account email and confirm that you want all related data deleted.
We will verify your identity, confirm the scope, and process the request within 7 business days.
Method 2: Request deletion from your account
Sign in to the management area, open your profile, and send an account deletion request to the support team.
Data that will be deleted
- Account information such as your name, email address, and hashed password.
- Connected Facebook or Google sign-in data, if present.
- Websites you created and their related content.
- Customer inquiry or contact data collected through your websites.
Data that may be retained
Some transaction or invoice records may be retained for the period required by law. They will be used only to meet legal obligations and deleted or anonymized when the retention period ends.
