LandingRent lets individuals and businesses rent ready-made websites, edit content through a management interface, and operate a website without programming knowledge.
2. User accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- Registration information must be accurate and truthful.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or show signs of fraud.
3. User-provided content
- You are responsible for the content and images published on your rented website.
- You must not publish illegal, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
- LandingRent may remove violating content to protect the platform and its users.
4. Payments and renewals
Pricing, term length, and plan scope are displayed or confirmed when you subscribe. A website may be suspended when its plan expires without renewal. Any charge outside the selected plan must be disclosed in advance.
5. Availability and limitation of liability
LandingRent works to maintain reasonable availability, backups, and security, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from use of the service.
6. Ending the service and your data
You may stop renewing or request account deletion. Before service ends, export any content you need to keep. Certain transaction records may be retained when required by law.
